Rowland Rivron shot in Cartoon Museum on day of armed siege in London!
STOP PRESS: Hot back from the Chattoon! shoot with drummer and 'accidental comedian' Rowland Rivron, we have these quick snapshots to show.
Rowland Rivron was greeted by producer Simon Ellinas (who was also doing the cartoon for this one), interviewer Jeremy Nicholas, stills photographer Nicola Gaughan, cameraman Paul Martin and assistant director Mark Johnson.
On the day of an armed siege of an office building just yards away from our venue, the shoot in The Cartoon Museum was so entertaining that we could have sat there for hours enjoying Rowland's stories. The idea was mooted that Chattoon! could need a live audience to share in the hilarity. That's an idea for the future!
Rowland left us with his own attempt at a cartoon which he promptly screwed up and left behind little knowing that it would be scooped up and preserved for posterity (see pic).
More (better quality) pics to come soon, swiftly followed by the finished video!
